FlyAlert is a service owned and operated by We Alert LLC, a limited liability company ("We Alert LLC", "we", "us", or "our"). The FlyAlert service and all related features are provided under the We Alert LLC business entity.

Welcome to FlyAlert. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

3. Description of Service

We Alert LLC, through its FlyAlert service, provides a platform for monitoring flight prices, seat availability, and setting alerts for changes in flight status. We strive to provide accurate and timely information, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or availability of all information.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must inform us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content

At the end of each billing period, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or FlyAlert cancels it.

You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

8. Modifications to the Service

We Alert LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the FlyAlert service or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that We Alert LLC will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service or any part thereof.

9. Data Accuracy

FlyAlert makes a reasonable effort to provide accurate flight information. However, flight data is sourced from third parties, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of flight information. Users should always verify critical flight information directly with airlines.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall We Alert LLC, operating as FlyAlert, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
